How do I place a custom house illustration order?
Choose your tier on this page to begin. I’ll then email you a link to your personal Google Drive folder, where you can upload your house photo and any notes.
What kind of reference photos do you need?
The only image I need is the front of the house. Right now, I’m only doing this perspective of the house. Easy!
Can you draw apartments, businesses, or other buildings?
Yes! I’d love to illustrate your apartment, storefront, or personal small business.
How long does it take to complete a commission?
After you submit all the image references, I will need one week to ship the order. A sketch will be sent no later than one week. You can also request a rush order as an add-on.
Can I request specific details to be included in the illustration?
Absolutely! For the Spiral Staircase and Rooftop Patio bundles, I will need a lot of extra details so I can add to your sticker sheets.
Are digital files included?
Yes! For each tier, you get a digital file of the illustration.
Can I reorder more items later with the same design?
Absolutely! If this is needed I can send you a custom invoice for the additional requirements.
Are these hand drawn or digital illustrations?
These are digital illustrations.
Will I get to approve the artwork before it’s finalized?
Yes! Once I fully finish the illustration, I’ll send you a watermarked proof. Once approved, I will go into production.
